Dairy Products

Dairy products are natural diuretics which is not good news for your guts and your sex life. Gases are easily possible to happen when you consume dairy products like cheese, yoghurt, and sour cream - so even if you are at dinner, avoid dairy for the date.

Alcohol

It might sound obvious but more than two drinks of alcohol can cause trouble with your temperament, and your ability to focus and behave accordingly. And if you are drinking, it is recommended you avoid coloured drinks and stick to clear options, like white wine or champagne.

Broccoli

Broccoli is a highly popular food in restaurants and menus, however, it can cause uncomfortable stomach crams, bellyaches and gases. The same goes for any similar food like cabbage, kale, cauliflower and Brussel sprouts.

Fatty Foods
